Black is Cloud's unique lamb familiar. He was able to summon her in his teens (which speaks volume in his natural talents), and she often serves as comfort for those who are waiting for an appointment with Cloud.
Cloud often admits to wishing that he'd given her a more creative name, however has decided that it is far too late to start calling her something different.
Hidden-In-The-Ground is Cloud's caretaker, apprentice, and secretary. She has lived with him her entire life and considers him a father (and he very much considers her a daughter).
She is often the first cat one sees when they go to visit Cloud. She is quite skillful, and it is believed that when Cloud dies she will take up his position and be on of the greatest clerics to have ever lived. That is if she can get a little self confidence first!
